I’m officially a year post op today! So crazy to think a year ago I was in the operating room. It’s been a challenging year, but so worth it. I’m down 137 pounds from my highest of over 290. I’m so thankful for this tool and so thankful for my support group. I’m only 3 pounds away from goal, then I will try to maintain. 🙂
