अहिलेको समय (modern generation) को अत्यावस्यक मध्येको एक बेकरी (Bakery) सप पनि रहेकोमा हामै घिरिङ्ग मा नयाँ र सम्भवतः पहिलो Bakery shop को स्थापना भएकोमा हामि सबै घिरिङ्गबासीको लागि खसीको कुरा हो। अब आफ्ना छोराछोरी वा आफन्तजन को Birthday वा Anniversary को लागि केक लगायत अन्य बेकरी सम्बन्धित सामाग्री हरूको लागि भिमाद जानुपर्ने बाध्यता बाट मुक्ति पाइयो। सथै हामि स्थानीयबासीहरूले फ्रेस सामानहरू उपभोग गर्न पाईने भएको छ।

स्थानीय तहमा उत्पादन गरिएपनि बजारको उत्पादनलाई पनि फ्लप (flop) खालको गुणस्तरीय सामानहरू उत्पादन गरि संपूर्ण घिरिङ्गबासीको मन जितेर अगाडि बढ्नुहुनेछ भन्ने विश्वास सहित सफलता को सुभकामना छ।

आम रूपमा नेपालका ब्यवसायीहरुले ब्यवसायीक आम्दानीमा मात्र ध्यान केन्द्रित गराउने तर उत्पादन गुणस्तर मा हेलचेक्र्याइ लापरबाही गर्ने प्रचलन सबैमाझ जगजाहेर नै छ। तपाईत बिदेश हिँडेको मान्छे गुणस्तर (quality) भन्ने कुराले कतिको अर्थ राख्दछ भन्ने कुरालाई राम्रो संग बुझ्नु भएको छ। त्यसैले यसलाई चिर्दै no compromise for quality and quantity भन्ने मुल मन्त्र सहित आफ्नो कर्मलाई अगाडि बढाउनुहुनेछ भन्ने बिश्वास छ।

यसरीनै घिरिङमा पनि क्रमशः सबै खालका सेवा सुविधाहरु हाम्रो घर दैलोमा आउनेछ भन्ने पुर्ण विश्वास छ। यसरीनै घिरिङ का युवाहरु ब्यबसायी तर्फ लाग्ने प्रेरणा र हौसला मिलोस। यो पनि घिरिङ्ग समृद्धि का कदमहरू हुन सबैको पाइलाहरू अगाडि लम्किरहोस।

My small thought on opinion and The impact of our opinion..

What are we teaching our kids, how are we giving upbringing to our kids?

* We are teaching to lie.
* We are teaching to suppress our voice
* We are teaching loyalty and honesty doesn't work
* We are teaching to support the "our" even if they're wrong, but not to the right


Our current habits, action and activities will determine the future of our kids.

What I have found and noticed in people is that we lack in our solid opinion. We lack giving our opinion and feedback on what we see and experience in our society.

Even if someone of our relatives or party-related people says water flows upwards, we will believe and say yes. But we don't dare to correct them saying water can only flow downward.

Because of the trend that we're in, this empowers people of the next generation to follow the same path, which means, we can't see moral right or humanity right, but we just see the right of our people.

This promotes two things:
1. As I stated above, our kids will learn what we are following. Which means, our kids will waste their life in exactly the same problems as we are experiencing and going through.

2. People won't get opportunities to learn or correct themselves when they're mistaken or have done something wrong.

What will be the result of the above? The domination in the society continues, crime and violence in the society continues, voiceless people will always be suppressed, talented people won't get opportunities, and most importantly, generation after generation will go through the exact same process of the lifecycle.

When seeing the Nepali comments on status in the social media, it feels like some automated machine commenting the same thing over and over, as comments give zero null value, all we can see is "Nice, Good, Great, Congrats" etc. When I see other countries comments, their comments contain opinion, feedback, evaluation, at last, it contains a value. They describe, they determine, differentiate on things that they're commenting on. Even if they're commenting on a picture of a person, they comment describing that picture, they describe scene and environment instead of just giving a meaningless "Good, Nice, Hanxom" kind of comments.

I think it is time, people change their thinking, evaluate things, situations, and environment in more broader way and think out of the box. We need to be honest with ourself, and with others. We are losing loyalty and respect, and love which is turning us into evil from humans. No feelings and mercy for others.

We need to be modern with time, but we don't want to be modern over the edge. People in other countries are utilizing all these wonderful human creation technologies to change the world, on the other hand, we're misusing other people's wonderful creations and spreading negativities in society and nation.
