Hey Sweetheads ✨🍷Today, we are drinking mead for the first time ever. Mead is new to me so I had to do some research on how it’s made. Basically, it’s the use of honey, rather than grapes as a source of sugar; along with other fruits and spices. This Pacific Bramble by @schrammsmead was packed with flavor! The berries are potent and the honey allows for a nice balance. I was scared to try these meads but they are delicious. I have several other flavors and I can’t wait to try!
