The enemy will be exposedโ€”whether we like it or not. Ignorance of Godโ€™s Word is one thing, but knowing His Word and choosing to disobey it is far worse.

To be ready is to turn back from sin and be selfless.

Do not be bribed by feelings and society.

Stand firm and take up your cross daily.

Realize that nothing is greater than God.

Earthly status and achievements and political status are all laughable compared to God's heavenly riches.

I wrestle with my bad thoughts everyday.

1. 2 Corinthians 10:5 - "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."

This verse reminds us to be vigilant in "taking captive" every thought, making sure it aligns with Christโ€™s truth. It speaks to an active, intentional approach to disciplining our minds.

2. Philippians 4:8 - "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirableโ€”if anything is excellent or praiseworthyโ€”think about such things."

Boasting in outward appearances when it comes to possessions or clothingโ€”children as young as five years old are already preoccupied with looking good. Kids are watching indecent shows, passing around s*x scandals, teens indulging in late-night parties and drunkenness, unstable relationships seeking a satisfaction they cannot find, lust occupying both the mind and the way they dress (just look at how today's youth dress). Drug abuse, early pregnancies, and all kinds of worldly desires are rampant. In schools, there are even more books on witchcraft being read instead of the Holy Bible. All of this is happening because of the lack of sharing the Word of God. We are living in a fallen world, and only the Word of the Lord can open the eyes of these lost souls.

The enemy is deceiving this generation, pulling them deeper into darkness. We need to fill the gap by sharing the truth of the Scriptures, especially with our children and the youth. They are the enemy's targets, but only the truth of Christ can set them free. We must rise up and prioritize Bible studies even more, so that the light of God's Word shines into their hearts and protects them from the schemes of the devil.

As it is written, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). The battle is spiritual, and we need to arm this generation with the Word of God, for only His truth can break the chains of deception and sin that bind them.
