Is there anything better than a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning (or afternoon, as the current case is?) I think not. Sleepy Sundays are honestly the best, especially when it's raining and miserable outside (like now)

has been my go to coffee beans for the past 12ish months, ever since I upgraded to a French Press (which was well worth it!) and the Santo blend I *think* is a close favourite (although there are a bunch of other amazing options)

I'm spending the rest of my Sunday doing editing and possibly a sneaking stream tonight for the Sims? What are your plans? 😊

Have you been sticking to your 2024 reading goals? I should've read 2 books for January but only half way through Serpent & Dove (oops) but the fact I'm even reading is a great start!

I do love a good witchy vibe, and I'm already digging this. Hopefully I can take some time over the weekend and get stuck into it. What are you currently reading? Anything you'd suggest?

Who else sat outside today in the rain trying to take photos to hit their daily quota? Just me? oh. That also explains why I have a soggy butt 😂

It's a strange but good feeling trying to take photos in situations that I wouldn't have particularly tried before. I was hoping for cute window light ones today but the change in the weather was so quick the whole house was dark in the space of fifteen minutes. Buuut, trying to not make excuses for content and this challenge - so coffee in the rain it is 🌧

When was the last time you took pictures of your fur kids?

Don't let the little moments slip away.�It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to cherish the little moments with our furry friends. But those moments are the ones that make all the difference. Take a moment to give your pet a cuddle, play a game, or snap a photo. You won't regret it. Hello, my favorite coffee beans! I hope the start of your week is going well. Yeah okay, it's a little late but for those who know, I've started a 365 photo challenge! (Well, 366 for this year)

The idea is to snap one photo every day for a year. I have a significant amount of memory loss in my day to day life - and photography has always been an outlet to help retain some of those memories.

I've tried this project four times before, and you never know. Fifth time might be the charm?

I'm excited to see what the rest of this project has in store and hopefully see some cool things along the way. 📸✨ .

Trying to play around with my normal streaming set up and apparently, it's a lot easier to get the lighting in a web cam than doing it in the mirror! I'm enjoying creating new challenges with my photos this year - it's certainly pushing me through a creative rut.

If I could only now learn how to do reels correctly, we'd be winning!

Kinda hard to update things when you've got hanging around for pats (but who could be mad at that face, seriously?)

We're having an okay day, although it's been a long week. I've been able to work on being productive and keeping my mind busy with more creative projects with streaming and editing. It's nice to have a bit of a focus, and taking it one step at a time where it matters.

I love a home brewed coffee but kinda wanna do a coffee date though?

Y'know. If you're going to get a coffee fan something for Christmas - a whole month's worth of coffee is probably not a bad start. Introducing (obscenely late) from who paired up with a whole bunch of amazing peeps for coffee. Did I forget to take photos of the first lot? Ye. But, being that we've still got another... 18 or so more to go, plenty of good reasons to do some sneaky reviews. Watch this space 👀

TBH, I wasn't a fan of the new Creme Brulee (that's really hard to spell without a spell check, what the heckers)(ahem) iced latte from our besties BUT hack of the day - chuck it into your hot latte or cap and hey presto - much better in my opinion.

I'd love to see a salted caramel option.

We are working through the week. Again, baby steps but the coffee is helping. We've got some cool new things happening over and although mentally I'm in a fog - I'm still really excited to see how things progress this year ♥

I wish I could tell you friends that I managed to fold my washing today - however I definitely didn't. I did tip it all out on the floor and then sorted them into another four washbaskets which I don't think counts but when I put them away at least they're in order, right?

I'm just reminding myself that it's small steps, and baby wins, and we've got this.
I hope your Monday is treating you well, and that your coffee is hot and lasts as long as you need it to.

When we said 2024 was going to be a year of honesty - i wasn’t joking. i have struggled ever since the clock struck midnight (not even kidding) with my mental health. I’m tired, i haven’t slept properly in days, and its showing. the housework is piling up and my spoons are all dirty. I remember having a conversation a few months back about why we don't wash the spoons when they're dirty - and trying to explain spoon theory to someone who hasn't been through this before is actually kinda hard when again, you don't have the spoons to do it.

I'm going to keep plodding on though - today is a new day, and we are going to try to continue to bring out the happy thoughts even if our brain is being a 💩

Now, don't get me wrong - I'm still VERY focused this year on our streaming and the Sims. We had some AMAZING builds last year and I'm excited to do more of them this year. The farmhouse build was probably one of most favourite (and not to mention the 16 goats and lambs we have running around!) and the Ranch pack was probably one of my favourite packs to be released.

Did you know that a) I've been a photographer for over 15 years and b) have used the same camera for over 10 of those years? I'm a girl through and through and whilst my 6D has seen (a lot) better days - it still takes some incredible shots.

I feel rusty - whilst I picked up the camera a little bit last year, I've certainly got a small skill gap in my head, but I think I'm picking it back up again quickly ♥

How was your New Years Day friends? I know it's a few days late but now that we're officially into the new season - are you taking the time to set some goals? Chew bubblegum? Kick butt? ( )

I've tried this before, but I'm going to try this year as one of my goals to keep a daily diary and a 365 photo project (well, 366 as it's a leap year!!) I think it'll be a good challenge and something I'm excited to see push my creative boundaries. How about you? What are some of the things you're looking forward to this year?

The distinguished gentleman and I have been getting out of the house more. Apparently silly little mental health walks are beneficial, who would have thought?

The weather seems to be suiting the grumpy old man too considering another fluffy intruder approached us and he didn't actually mind.

I think we've both had a big case of the sads recently, and it's a slump I think we're both coming out of. We'll watch this space

After 18 hours and 30 minutes, me battling my cold couldn't battle it out for the last five hours and we wrapped up stream.

I am so ridiculously proud of my little community plus family and friends. Tonight we raised $895 bringing our total for the month to a massive $1225 for the month.

I'm humbled and amazed at the generosity of everyone and I appreciate the heck of all who were involved with tonight and the last month.
