I need y’all to know that…I DO NOT always have it together! NO ONE DOES! Please….please…PLEASE DO NOT let this social media culture of “destiny manifestation”, “perfect alignment”, “soft girl era”, “influencer baddies” and allllll of that make you feel like these people you look up to and assume they’re living their best life or having the time of their life….don’t struggle, they do!

Avoid caffeine before your appointment 2. Avoid working out before your appointment 3. If you get lash anxiety, take some deep breaths before and during taping.
