"Not an actual dumpster find! But a recovery bike bought cheap that didn't run smooth stationary. The Piaggio Zip clearly needs some TLC, maintenance and fine tuning. We're just taking a closer look at the CDI today. Replace everything where needed and go out for a testride on the Sur-ron & Zip"
