Recent years have seen controversies arise concerning the relationship between justice and politics. Some people have proposed from a theoretical perspective that justice should be de-politicized and independent of politics (quasi judicial-quasi political). Some personnel in the judicial system and functionaries in Party and state do not know how to correctly view the relationship between justice and politics in dealing with practical problems. We therefore need to consider the relationship between justice and politics. These are manifested in the following aspects; first is that judicial power is a component of political power, second is justice is a product of politics, third is the structure and distribution of the judicial system are designed to meet political needs, fourth is that justice is a link in the political process, fifth is that political forces determine the composition of judicial organs, sixth is that justice performs important political functions, seventh is that mainstream political ideology actually affects judicial operations and lastly judicial power cannot exist without the support and guarantee of political forces.

"TO FEAR IS TO BE BRAVE"~01 /08/22✨

To surmount three different fears is an act of bravery and a measure of strength. As I lay down in my bed, I thought and realized that I was brave enough, strong enough and truly a champion in my own battles. The year 2020 was a whirlwind as I faced many obstacles that includes surmounting three different fears, three Mt. Apos'.

First is the fear of rejection, I can't think of anyone not having the fear to be rejected; the fear of not getting the same feeling as express by him or her to somebody he or she admire. The rejections I got made me even more driven to conquer this fear. It added my battle weapons that I could use in my future battles.

Second is the fear of judgment, to be judge by our imperfections, s*xual orientation and capabilities has questioned ourselves on not getting the standards set by the society, but I realized that we don't have to level the standards of the society instead we must acknowledge and accept our flaws, express what and who we really are, and do things we are capable of.

Third is the fear from within, the fear from ourselves makes us unconfident to do what we must do, to accept what we must accept and to care what we must care, because the fear from within manipulates our minds and activates anxiety that ruins our dreams, our imaginations, and our roles in life. I must say that I am very proud to myself for overcoming, conquering and surmounting a bulge and mountain of fears that manipulates me and stop me from doing things that makes me happy.

Fears are not just fears that ruins us but it also a way of allowing ourselves to be brave, to be appreciative and to improve more. Facing our fears instead of running away from it is the best way to overcome it.

"To fear is to be brave".❤️

Thought of the night🌙 v.2.0

'Kailan pa mananalo ang sangkabaklaan sa sangkababaehan?'

Another question that drives me crazy (Exaggerated). As LGBT, love is something that is very important to us and somehow very rare to experience. When we love someone, we always put our hearts first on the line. We give effort to the point that we will do everything we could to express our admiration towards that certain person (😂). As we fall towards that person, we imagine things and create scenarios on our mind that somewhat very giggling and heart-warming.

But things does not go always along our way. The person that we think who can give us the same feeling can't always give us the same way. Some straight guys may be in a same s*x relationship but not always guarantee a 100% love towards the q***r. Especially when someone comes (woman). They will always find someone who can satisfy their need (S*x). It happens.

It will always mark on our minds how superior women is as to LGBTs. That is why we choose not to love someone rather choose to love ourselves. 💗

Thought of the night🌙

'How to find real happiness?'

This is the question I have been thinking on what to answer. Does luxury of living satisfies us? Is it something that brings us real happiness? Does having a boyfriend/girlfriend accentuates real happiness?

Those are artificial form of happiness that may be or somehow truly gives us true happiness but not something that we could bring afterlife.

Real happiness is something that we could bring and cherish for a lifetime.

Now I'll ask you, what makes you happy? What brings you true happiness? 🤔

FUNdemic: Excavating the Last Resort of Hope

⠀⠀⠀The world where we are residing is crammed with complexity. It takes a million minds to decipher its obscure existence. Nature is as intricate as the world. It digs out its most powerful phenomenological weapon to make us realize that it is alive and should not be abused.

⠀⠀⠀This first quarter of 2020 will go down in history as the health crisis brought by the COVID-19 pandemic dominated people's lives. Millions of people got ill and hundreds of thousands were left as casualties. It is an understatement to say that we are in a brand new world filled with uncertainties, fear and medical crisis. Our very way of living has changed dramatically, and we do not have the answers we want. Establishments were temporarily closed and mass gatherings were cancelled as the country puts in community quarantine to avoid the possible influx of this respiratory disease.

⠀⠀⠀We feel bad for not making most of our time this quarantine period. We are going through a health crisis and an overall traumatic experience and no one should be invalidated for how they cope with it. Corona virus lockdown is taking a toll on mental health, and one can easily feel overwhelmed. There are, however, people who remain terrified and are becoming stressed and desperate. And then there is a news everyday that you can't escape of numbers rising, insufficient health care causing more fear and anxiety. Then the guilt of being privileged than many; feeling helpless when you hear of people in a worse state, out of work, homeless, food or the bare necessities, frontline workers risking everything, the affected battling the disease and isolated. We all need a good support system in a form of family and friends; we also need to utilize proper coping mechanisms that have always existed and learn psychological techniques for coping in difficult situations to come to a place of calm, hopefulness and acceptance. The saliency of possessing qualities like these is much more needed this time. The essence of felicity is innate to us, Filipinos. No matter what we are facing, we still manage to smile and laugh. Possessing such qualities is a key to uplift the lost hope of humanity. The inalienable right to pursue excavating the abyss of happiness was enshrined by many heroes that lived in history. They thought that if there is happiness, there will be hope. We need to be illuminated and let our inner embodiment feel the essentiality of blissfulness.

⠀⠀⠀This pandemic has thought us to be holistically formidable. We need to stand and unite to cease this global malfunction that is affecting billions of people. Excavating the last resort of hope, which is happiness, will be our final weaponry to fight the cruelty of the world. We are put in the verge of deterioration because of threatening crisis brought by both human and nature. In spite of all of this, we should not disremember the saliency of happiness. If there is happiness, hope will always be there. This crisis is just a visitor that will try to dismantle everything. To anticipate defeat is just an indefinite option for us. Our prime priority should always be focused on fighting and resolving these inevitable detriments together. With happiness on our side, nothing is unresolvable. Excavating the chasm of hope will never be easy. We need to stand together. We need to be happy. If there is happiness inside of us, the pulsating life of our lost hope will never cease. Eudaimonia, the strongest mechanism people can offer to the world.

SOCIAL MEDIA: A VIRTUAL WORLD OF RACISM

Socialmedia is used for socializing, communicating, and bridging diverse roots, cultures, traditions, ethnicity, nationality and religion. As the time goes by , social media improves itself to serve more people around the world, but the real purpose of social media has changed. Recently, I've seen some posts in social media about discriminating black people because of their skin color. People kept on sharing posts involving black people and making it for fun. Maybe because they don't know about Racial discrimination. Being bullied because of a persons physical appearance does not only affect its social life but also its emotional and mental well-being. A law that protects every single black american in the united states has been a relief for them. President Barrack Obama fought for there rights and even elected as the first black american president in United States of America. Being black is not different, being black is beautiful, because the real beauty is skin deep.❤
