1. First concert - My first over all was Hall &Oates ‘82 H2O tour Winnipeg Arena. But my first Metal/Punk was Quiet Riot w/Whitesnake and Kick Axe a few years later.
2. Last concert - The legendary Ripcordz were in town last week.
3. Worst concert - A physical trainer will say the worst work out is the one that never happened. So I’m going to apply that idea here.
4. Loudest concert - Juicifer at The Zoo. I want to say ‘13.
5. Best concert- Metallica Master Of Puppets tour at the Winnipeg Playhouse. A mere couple weeks after the death of Cliff Burton. There was only about 500 there. I’m sure over the years 5,000 have said they were there.
6. Seen the most- Winnipeg crossover thrashers Solanum. “But Snowy, they’re local!” Yeah, but they’ve put stuff out on international labels. They belong to the world.
7. Most surprising - 2Cents. I can’t even remember who they were jerking the curtain for. But I remember they kicked ass.
8. Happy I Got To See- Diamond Head. There was like 20 people to see this legendary outfit play a once in a lifetime gig in Winnipeg. I never got to interview him, but hanging with Brian Tatler after the gig was Awesome.
9. Wish I could have seen - Too many. But let’s go with Chuck Schuldiner and Death.
10. Next Concert - Hmmm...Goatwhore??
