yesterday’s sunshine had me thriving, so I’m praying this is our last snowfall of the year 🙏🏼😭 but making the most of it obviously! had to whip out the ol’ tie dye ear muffs again for the occasion ❄️🤩literally put anything tie dye in front of me and I have no self control 😂 also I just need to take a second to rave about these new slit flared leggings. as soon as they dropped I new I needed to snag a pair. y’all know I’m ~ just slightly ~ obsessed with the crossover flares from lol BUT LISTEN BESTIES, this new style…😱🤩 ooo baby I am in love. the slit leg style features the same dreamy & ultra soft material as the regular flares, but with a straight across waist band that is so nice & high waisted! these make you look so snatched, especially when you pair them with a platform shoe - this combo makes my legs look so long I’m obsessed! this style is an online only offer so go checkout the app to snag yourself a pair! 🌟💛💫 (jacket & sunnies are from as well 🥰)

About to indulge in some self care this Sunday in my new (and oh so comfy) hoodie from 📝🧘🏼♀️🔮📖🪄🧖🏼♀️ Taking time for ourselves and isn’t just a priority - it’s a right. We deserve quiet moments to recharge our minds, bodies, & souls. To refuel my spirit, I love to practice yoga & meditation, journal, and read/learn more about methodologies that resonate with my healing journey. I recently have begun to integrate sound healing into my practice. This beautiful singing bowl was my Christmas present to myself this year 🥰 Its frequency (432 hz/“F” note) is said to balance the heart chakra. One of my goals for the new year is to stay offline more and intentionally fill my time with activities like these that provide long-term benefits, rather than short-term satisfaction. This year, I also am striving to keep a tight budget, be present in all my relationships and experiences, and to continue giving myself the grace and love I deserve by banishing negative inner dialogues and staying connected to my inner truth. And then two concrete goals I have are to read 22 books and practice yoga (almost, at least) everyday. I know my pursuit of these goals may be imperfect, but the consistency and effort is what I am most looking forward to achieving 💚🙏🏼 Tomorrow I start my new job, so this “me-time” of relaxation and visualization is so essential. I am feeling so blessed to have this time to myself in my little zen space at home! Today is also a New Moon in Capricorn, a very prosperous sign with strong energies of stability, drive, and success, making this a perfect time to visualize the ways in which we want to transform our realities in 2022. Friends I have big news…I am starting a new chapter with Five Below as their Assistant Buyer of Seasonal goods in January 💖 I am holding the friendships, experiences, and memories I made at QVC close to my heart - it is really such a bittersweet goodbye. But as I look ahead to my next step, I am feeling so much excitement and joy for the journey to come. Not to mention, I get to work beside one of my dearest best friends 🧚🏼 Time to “let go & have fun”!

cheesin harddd bc day two of space camp was in👏🏼sane👏🏼. threw DOWNN i seriously think that was my fave set i’ve seen from him. i cannot wait for his new album to drop 🥲. missing spaghetti noodle time already 🍝🕺🏻🌀 then previewed TWO COLLABS with and 🥵 ANDD there was a whole laser battle in his closing set with some of the best production i’ve ever seen. seriously no one does it like GRiZ. this weekend was so full of showing & spreading love. i met so many beautiful souls and made some unforgettable memories. so sad it’s over 🥺. til nxt yr campers!!! ⛺️🛸🌌

To me, being is a way of being & living, accepting and loving, & growing and learning. Throughout my journey of healing from my past (just like everyone on the planet is doing), the universe has of course pushed me to traverse some hills and valleys. And for a long time, I put up a big fight - cursing myself with thoughts of “I should be more healed by now”, “I feel like I took two steps forward, and one step back, “I should love my body more - I hate that I still critique it so much”. Looking back, I desperately needed to accept messy reality of the healing process. Some days, all I want to do is curl up in a ball and just BE. Everything just feels too much and small efforts are big feats. But some days, I have all the energy in the world to fill my days with self care and productive habits. And what I’ve learned is that is more than OKAY. That is BALANCE - it is valid and needed. Healing is not a linear journey, and the quicker we accept that beautiful truth, the quicker we can accept those moments when our bodies and spirits are telling us to rest. The more we listen to our needs, the more we can drop into a state of harmony with ourselves. Honoring ourselves through this shows us the realest version of us. Embracing the REAL version of us is not only skin deep. Accepting and loving all the “ugly” parts, where we cry until our eyes puff up and ferociously write journal entries with messy scribbles all over the page as our hearts ache - that is the deepest form of self love we can achieve. That is what being means to me; unconditionally loving myself as I evolve - spiritually, physically, and mentally. My body, mind, and soul will change so greatly through this life, and I choose to find beauty in the impermanence and love myself at every state.
