Ben and I just started making monthly goals for ourselves, our family and our finances ✨
My personal goal this month is to workout at least 3x a week. I really want to make fitness a part of my everyday routine so I came up with this weekly schedule for this month to get us started:
👟 mon: Full body workout including strength + cardio
🏃♀️tues: cardio (interval walk/jog/run for minimum of 2 miles)
🏋️♀️ wed: leg + ab day
🧘♀️thurs: yoga and/or arms
👟fri: full body workout including strength + cardio
🏃♀️ sat: cardio (interval walk/jog/run for minimum of 2 miles)
🚶♀️sun: get outside! Family walk, hiking, etc. just move 👍
