I love routines. They help me be more productive and they make getting through the day easier. Here are 3 things I have recently incorporated into my routine that help me get things done! 💧 💻 💳
1️⃣ Exercise --> I procrastinated and found out the hard way how important exercise was! Adding in either a quick workout or a longer gym session has skyrocketed my productivity and overall confidence 🏋️
2️⃣ Time management --> Set priorities. There's so much to accomplish in life, it's easy to lose the focus. Priorities not only help us see into the future but they can also keep us on track. I've recently started using Trello to plan mine out and it makes it so easy to revisit my priorities regularly, get inspired daily, and have a clear visual of my progress!
3️⃣ Prioritize sleep --> It's never too late to start taking better care of yourself. Start by making a log every night to track your sleep and shift your habits around. Your body and mind will thank you!
