Get ready for Uprising City version 2. A new chapter begins for everyone. This update will offer new features and more grinding. Be one of our beta testers and receive special perks such as a weapons crate and an exclusive car for every new citizen! New gangs will also receive a business contract and gang rep for free! We will announce the initial release date for version 2. Stay tuned for announcements and updates.

Uprising City presents All Out War! The new and improved event of the last all-out war in which everyone will compete for victory. Gang, citizens, police and sheriff will be divided into separate factions and face off against each other. EMS can also join the war, but must pick between the sheriff and the police department. Who will win and who will lose?

ALL OUT WAR EVENT
WHEN: SATURDAY, JANUARY 6, 2023
TIME: 8:00PM ONWARDS
WHERE: PALETO BAY

Here are a few things you need to know:
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR PROPER UNIFORM (GANG REP OR DEPT UNIFORM)
- CITIZENS will wear color GREEN
- PALETO BAY ONLY!
- All weapon class is allowed
- Helmet and mask is allowed
- An 8-seater gang car given to the gangs is allowed to be used
- 4 door and 2 door car is allowed
- Exclusive gang cars are allowed
- Looting is allowed
- EMS must go off duty

NOT ALLOWED:
- VDM AND EXCLUSIVE CARS
- TAKE HOSTAGE
- Emotes during or before the event! (Sunbathe, prone, etc)
- Helicopter, riot cars, BZ gas and riot shield
- Gang alliances are STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
- Using gang reps of other gangs are NOT ALLOWED!
- No continuous engagement in the city limits
- Going back to the event when new life
- Camping at the entrance and exit of cayo perico

PRIZES:
- 1 exclusive car from the city for the 1 patron or director of the winning team (non-animated)
- 5 stash surfer car
- 2 neon cars
- 20 guns and 20 ammo box (any type)
- 300,000 DM or clean money for the winning team
- 50k each members

CONSOLATION PRIZE: 30k in-game money to all online citizens

C. Two cars will compete in the drift battle: one will be the lead car and the other the chaser car (after swapping positions)
