Running 101: One step at a time is all you need 👣
Take a sip of coffee and imagine: empty routes of your favorite forest, eyes on the horizon, step, then another and repeat. Similar to cycling running gets you into your special, cozy place. Takes you out of the everyday madness and all problems are left behind(at least for a bit).
360 minutes of me time per week. Self-love is not selfish.
Suddenly the last cell of the rational part of my brain wakes up: “Wait a minute: 6 hours of running per week and access to the knowledge of human civilization at your fingertips gives you unlimited learning opportunities!”. Podcasts, interviews, audiobooks, new language. You name it.
That’s where got me covered. I have been testing their PurFree headset for several weeks before deciding to put something in writing. Running, cycling, swimming - they’ve got you covered. It quickly became one of the must haves among my training equipment.
I love the simplicity of this device, freedom of motion and the most important feature - you can hear your surroundings. No more pedestrian or car surprises, no more yelling to your buddies due to too loud music in your ears. You’re physically present and aware but mentally off in your special place. It feels like your daily routines all of a sudden got a soundtrack.
One downside though, don’t show it to your partner, sport-buddy or a sibling. They will try to steal it for their workouts. Telling from my own experience 🤭
