The Little Girl Who Saved Ramadan
Once upon a time, in a small village, there was a boy named Ali who loved food more than anything else in the world. He would often sneak snacks and sweets in the middle of the day, even during the month of Ramadan.
One day, as Ali was sitting down to enjoy a meal during the holy month, an old man walked by and asked him why he wasn't fasting like the other children. Ali responded by saying that he couldn't bear to go without food for an entire day.
The old man then told Ali a story about a wealthy man who decided to invite all of the poor children in his village to break their fast with him during Ramadan. The man provided them with delicious food and drinks, and the children were overjoyed.
However, one little girl didn't touch any of the food that was offered to her. When the man asked her why, she replied that her family was unable to afford enough food to eat during the rest of the month, and she didn't want to waste her one opportunity to receive blessings during Ramadan.
Ali was moved by the little girl's selflessness and realized that Ramadan was not just about going without food and water, but about sharing with others and being grateful for what we have. From that day on, he began to fast with the rest of the community and looked forward to the opportunity to help others during Ramadan.
The moral of the story is that Ramadan is not just about abstaining from food and drink, but about learning to be selfless and to appreciate what we have while helping those in need.
