Criminalizing homelessness only leads to more criminals.

As cities step up their enforcement efforts in the wake of a Supreme Court ruling, they should consider both the financial costs and the public safety ramifications of treating homelessness as a crime.

I've always appreciated that Republican leadership in Circleville has always helped churches out who are trying to address issues like poverty and homelessness in our community, instead of fighting them like other municipalities like Bryan, OH.
