Last weekend with the Marines was dope, they danced all night. Didn't get any pics cause there was no oil in the tiki lamps so they couldn't get lit. But I still stayed until 1am at thier request. Was cold af but dope!

Congratulations to Jay-Z on being presented the Dr. Dre Global Impact award for his involvement in the evolution and acceptability of hip-hop music and culture in the world today.
During his speech, he thanked Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg for thier involvement and individual impacts and then the shade was thrown.
"Not everybody's gonna win tonight; some people might feel like they were robbed, some of you will get robbed....some of your shouldn't be in the category!"

"How do you win the most Grammys but not have a number one album?"
That was on reference to Taylor Swift as she won the Grammy for the Best Pop Vocal album and brought to light that it would be her 13th album.

It was also a bit of shade from the 2003 Grammys when Kanye West made Taylor oh so very famous! Look it up if you don't know the reference.

The truth hurts, even 21 years later!

1995 - The "Dangerous Minds" made its debut alongside the chart-topping hit "Gangsta's Paradise" performed by Coolio. The song, featured on the "Dangerous Minds" soundtrack, became the cornerstone of the film's marketing campaign, being heard in trailers and commercials. Recognizing its potential, MCA realized they had a smash hit on their hands.
