In the last two weeks I've put in more work then I have in the last 2 years on the Blazer. I can happily say that it is complete! 🙌

New tires & rims tomorrow, we leave next Monday for a week long trip in Waiporous to break this thing in!

I had to skip on recording any of this work to get things done in a timely fashion, but we will make sure to get lots of video from our trip!

After a long hiatus, I'M BACK!
In this video I really get into piecing the puzzle of my front end back together, so that I can focus my efforts on finishing the SAS & getting this thing back on the road after almost 2 years of not being able to drive it. Stay tuned to the end for my typical nescient behavior.

Although this video is a tad slow, It was neccessary.
I needed to let you all know that I'm still here, I'm getting back to the groove of things while balancing my work & family life as best as I can.

Thank you to all the support thus far,
I hope to be able to continue providing you all with content for years to come! It may not be at the rate I had originally hoped but I'm not going anywhere.

After nearly half a year of not doing anything with the channel, there's a new video for you guys! Although I've had this filmed for some time, it's hard to juggle working away from home & spending time with my family with working on the blazer, recording content & then editing the content.

I want you all to know I am not going anywhere. Content won't be posted as frequently as I had originally hoped, but I'm not giving up on this channel or this dream!

The rear axle got some work over the weekend.
New axle shafts & seals, then drum brakes!

Been waiting 2 months on steering which has been very non motivational for me, so I apologize for the lack of content. Still don't know when it's coming..

Officially have a quick release steering wheel!
Also got started on wiring in the push to start/keyless entry. These won't be part of any video as I am no position to be showing others how these two things are installed.. go watch the real professionals 😂

Also managed to find the culprit behind my ignition/shifting problem which is now all fixed up!

Don't mind the sparkles on the steering wheel.. that's what happens when you order off eBay, you get something different then what you thought you ordered 90% of the time.

Part 2 of the solid axle swap is up now!
In this video I finish up the solid axle swap.
Although some footage was lost the axle swap is a success.. atleast until we test it!
There is still a ton of work to do, this is a big step forward.

I'm so excited to have the blazer coming to a wrap, though it might not be for another month or longer while we wait for manufacturing & shipping. I've even picked a name out 😉

Well the blazer is officially sitting on its own weight again, even had time to swap out rear axles for the spring under setup!

Just waiting on steering then I'll pull it all apart for some quick paint so I don't have a lot of rust issues.
It'll be getting a full repaint on the frame later on.

So far just have the leaf spring perches made & the new crossmember/winch mount, plus the diff is mostly prepped for all of the welding. Only having weekends doesnt help progress much!

Soo.. the blazer has some parts on the way!
It's about damn time to get this thing ready for the summer.

It's just a SAS & complete rebuild of the cooling system.. can't be that hard, can it? 🤣
Hopefully I didn't put it off too long 😅
