The FLIP ⁉️

The flip is a term we use to describe the confusion that predators can create while in a relationship with prey.

For example: If the prey says" I was so hurt by what you said to me today" The predator may flip the focus by saying "Well I was really hurt and angry by what you said to me yesterday- you were so cruel"

The flip serves to distract and confuse the prey as well as engage the prey's natural willingness to self-reflect, take responsibility, and be compassionate to others.

We use our own stories and experiences to arm prey with the skills and tools they need to identify, avoid, escape, or survive a predator.

We will answer common questions, define terms and explore the strength of being PREY.
