MARIKINA POLICE FILED CASES AGAINST AUTHORS OF THE PRANK VIRAL FACEBOOK POST "ROAD RAGE SCENE"

In lieu of the viral video content of a prank ROAD RAGE SCENE in Marikina River Park uploaded by FB page Viral veds which already garnered around 6 Million views worldwide, Marikina CPS already filed cases against persons involved identified as : JONATHAN ESTABILLO, JOSEPH JOSERIN and JONATHAN TABLADO (not real names) for violation of Article 154 of RPC (Unlawful use of means of publication and unlawful utterances) in relation to R.A 10175 (Cybercrime Law) ; Art 155 (Alarm and Scandal) ; and Unjust Vexation

The entire Marikina Police headed by PCOL BENLINER L CAPILI, COP acknowledged the video uploader's public apology through social media with caption " Road Rage Viral Scene Apology" on the basis of humanitarian consideration. However, on the issue of criminal liability, Marikina Police pursued the filing of criminal charges against the persons responsible on the viral video.
