Just beware of a developer named B. His colorful words are not beneath his actions.

1. He makes promises that he can't do so.
2. Many invalid excuses.
3. Money that he always mandated but his work has always been messed up and left you hanging.
4. He will reply so rarely, but if he would. Then, except for an exchange.
5. His update has always been slow as a turtle or worst.
6. You will pay him adequately, but take more advantage to get more, etc.

When we needed him the most? He replies one month after. We couldn’t scope up because of the damage he made. Your efforts. The money. The time. It will be all wasted. Be careful. We are once a victim.
