So the consituents many have been having problem owners are selling to new owners and buildings get New management the new management is not informing tenants of new ownership status the rent is being sent to an unmanaged mailbox and then re routed to be late every month or the tenants is still paying old owner so new owners are putting them out for lack of paying rent and/or no lease as the tenant have to prove they made payment to old landlord new owner will not renew of tenants currently in the buildings

, maybe the parents are too busy trying to work to meet income standards to be housed... maybe .. 89% of single woman households can get help by allowing the fathers to also occupy homes instead of just paying child support
Why if a woman and child want assistance, the man can not be present...
