I have started a Veggie Box service through my website, Kenko Root!
For the Veggie Box customers, I like to provide as much info as I can to help each person utilize their veggies.
This super short video shows you how to wash and cut Komatsuna, a leafy vegetable often seen at the farmer's market.

Of course, anyone can watch and use this information to make their time in Okinawa easier :)

Haitai! After staying home for so many months, I am finally able to get back to video making :) Most people who know Okinawa, know Sata Andagi. They are deep fried Okinawan donuts and are sold at almost every festival, farmer's market, and 'michi-no-eki' (highway rest stop). This short video explains how to quickly and easily make Sata Andagi using the local flour mix. However, I wouldn't make this video using flour mix only sold at the local supermarket.

Sata Andagi flour mix is sold online for both those living AND not living in Japan.

Family Mart liked my coffee video so much that they wanted me to make another🤯

Did you know Family Mart sells pizza? I didn't...and I was definitely hesitant at first. Convenience store pizza?...Mmmmm...

ファミマ沖縄でピザを売っているってみなさん知っていますか？私は知らなくて....味をちょっと疑いました。コンビニのピザなんて？うーん....

しかし、食べてみたら大好きになりました！（チーズがのせたらなんでも好きだから私の意見はあまりにも簡単です）そして、アメリカ人にも街頭インタビューしてきました。
