Wake up in the morning in Juba City and you are almost choked by the amount of smoke in the air due to rampant burning of rubbish by the neighborhood. Very unhealthy practice!
Juba City Council, are you not seeing this? East Africa Go Green is awarded a very lucrative contract to keep Juba clean, but we are not seeing any positive results yet.
Is it "East Africa Go Green or East Africa Go Greed."
If we want to be a modern City, then we must act like one.
