🔸 Boiled Herbal Method (Most Common & Safe Way)
Ingredients:
7–10 fresh Bawang Dayak bulbs (Dayak shallots), thinly sliced
500 ml of water
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil, then add the sliced Bawang Dayak.
2. Let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes, until the water turns reddish.
3. Strain and let it cool down until warm before drinking.
How to drink:
Drink 1 glass (≈200 ml) in the morning and evening.
Consume regularly for 2–3 weeks, then take a 3-day break before continuing.
