Book Review: Filty Rich Vampire - ★★★★★

Foremost, I assure you, that the writer behind these texts is not compelled nor glamoured, and definitely not tethered with, upon writing this review.

Astonishingly, this book is beyond my expectations! I enjoyed it so much!

The story felt like contemporary romance but in a fantasy setting. An extremely rich man—a vampire at that—from a very traditional family took a poor woman—a human—as his lover. To which, the vampire-kind frowns upon.

Oh, but, Julian—the beloved hero, will not be tied down by tradition. He needed her to ward of any possible match his Mother would send his way for marriage.

That was his plan, he said.

Thea, the fragile human fake lover was unexpectedly introduced into a new world. Drowning her of the information, revelations, and dangerousness in the life—or the lack thereof—of the undead.

Julian’s offer was what she needed, or so she thought.

The tension between our couple is definitely what drove me on. That and the promise of a very sweet, very romantic, affair between Julian and Thea. They both have their own agendas but deep inside them, they are drawn to one another. Slowing tying themselves together, binding them stronger, along the way.

And that ending made me hungry for more!

I could not bring myself to say that I did not love a book. I may DNF some books but those were not for me. But it doesn’t mean that they are not good or lovable.
