"راشن نہیں ڈیم چاہئیے"

ایک ہوتی ہے قدرتی آفت جس پر انسان کا کوئی اختیار نہیں ہوتا , اچانک سے آسمان برسا اور سب کچھ فنا ہو گیا, لیکن ہمارا وسیب تونسہ سے لے کر راجن پور تک ہر چند سال بعد اسی طرح بربادی کی نظر ہو جاتا ہے. مال, مویشی, گھر بار بچے سب بہہ جاتے ہیں۔ وجہ صرف ایک ہی ہے حکمرانوں کی بے حسی, یہ قدرتی آفت نہیں ہے جو اچانک آ جاتی ہے, یہ صدیوں سے پانی کی گزرگاہ ہے سب جانتے ہیں پانی کا بہاؤ کہاں سے ہوتا ہے, کتنی مقدار میں ہوتا ہے, کس وقت اور کتنی دیر میں کونسی بستی تباہ ہوگی یہ بھی معلوم ہوتا ہے لیکن مجال ہے آج تک 75 سال میں کسی نے اس طرف توجہ دی ہو۔ ڈیم نہیں بنا سکتے, ندی نالوں کی کھدائی نہیں کر سکتے, آبادی کی طرف جاتے پانی پر بند نہیں باندھ سکتے۔
جب لوگوں کا گھر بار بال بچے سب لٹ جاتا ہے تو 1122 کی ایک کشتی اور راشن کا ٹرک بھیج دیا جاتا ہے، جس کا سب کچھ لٹ جاتا ہے وہ پانچ ہزار کے راشن کو کیا کرے گا۔ یہ بدبخت قوم کہتی ہے ہمیں "راشن نہیں ڈیم چاہئیے"،
امداد کرنی ہے تو کشتی نہیں پانی کو روکنے کا بندوبست کرو۔ بہت ہو چکا حکمران بتائیں جو مہینہ پہلے پرویز الہی نے 20 ارب کا اعلان کیا تھا وہ کہاں پہنچا۔ ہم آج سے تحریک کا آغاز کر رہے ہیں, "راشن نہیں ڈیم چاہیے"۔
