If you are having issues logging in....
Get username is incorrect or connections is banned....

clear cache /force stop the app / and then launch again...

For those with video playback issues (movies or tv shows) fix i found works for android users... get VLC and make it the default selection for playback... I sent all an email (if you didn't get send me a message with your email) and I can forward. Ensure you check your junk box first....

For those that have AT&T/AT&T Fiber.... and you are having issues connecting ensure you TURN OFF Active Armor
(as it will block sites causing issues with your connection)

Deactivate ActiveArmor and remove the service
1. Go to Settings in ActiveArmor mobile security.
2. Tap Account and choose Remove Service.
3. Choose one of the following:
• On your iPhone - confirm that you want to remove AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security.
• On an Android phone - select AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security.
4. Tap Remove to finish up.

How to install downloader application.

What is DOWNLOADER? – Its an app that allows you to install applications from a server since amazon limits what you can normally download/install and they removed google play store options.

How to enable Amazon Fire Stick developer options

Instructions with screen shots:

1. On your Fire TV, open Settings (should be on the top right of the home screen)
2. Select My Fire TV.
3. At the top of the menu is the Fire TV device name, e.g. Fire TV Stick 4K.
4. With the name highlighted, keep clicking the Action button on your remote until you see “You are now a developer” appear.

This should stay active unless you restore your fire stick to factory settings.

LOGIN ISSUES tip:
1. Power off your amazon device
2. Launch the application
3. Once opened ensure you click on REFRESH DNS before selecting login
If you tried the above and still not working .....send me a message (do not reply to this post ) ASAP. As this is normally a quick fix. (do not wait days to let me know).

If you are getting login failed message. (if you are up no need to follow the below steps)

1. test to ensure you have internet (i.e. play something on youtube on the stick)

2. go to settings applications/manage installed applications/ select the application then.... A. force close B. clear cache and then try and open again... if it doesn't work then C. delete data so you can input username/pw again

if still not working...
3. (depending on your device)
