🌱 Recipe in Caption. Creamy Pasta Salad with Grapes 🍇 The perfect blend of sweet and savory!

✨ This healthy, vibrant, and refreshing pasta salad is not just for summer! With juicy grapes, crunchy celery, and a creamy homemade vegan dressing, it's a hit for any occasion. Plus, it’s vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free!

Ingredients:

🍝 12 oz (340 g) whole grain or gluten-free pasta
🌿 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
🍇 2 cups green seedless grapes, halved
🌱 1 cup diced celery
🧅 1/2 cup chopped red onions, soaked
🌿 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
🥦 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and cooled
🥄 1 cup homemade vegan mayo (i have an oil-free recipe in my blog)
🍏 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
🟡 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
🍁 2 tsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:
1️⃣ Prep: Thaw peas, halve grapes, dice celery, soak & chop red onions, steam broccoli, and chop parsley.
2️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil, cook until al dente, drain & rinse in cold water.
3️⃣ Dressing: Whisk vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Season.
4️⃣ Mix Salad: Combine pasta, peas, grapes, celery, onions, parsley, & broccoli.
5️⃣ Dress & Toss: Pour dressing and toss until everything is well-coated.
6️⃣ Chill & Serve: Cover & chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy chilled! 🥗💚
