It’s seasonal at Trader Joe’s, but so worth it when you can find it.
Since the brioche is pre-sliced, this recipe is super quick! Perfect for your Thanksgiving breakfast or just on any Fall or Autumn morning or dinner! Yes, we eat breakfast for dinner in our house!
Pumpkin Brioche French Toast
Serves 1 (or 3 with eggs and bacon on the side 😉)
Ingredients:
3 slices Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Brioche Twist
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
With a whisk, mix egg, milk and vanilla extract together. Preheat skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Soak each slice of brioche in egg batter and cook on the skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side. French toast should be golden brown on each side and fully cooked.
Since the Pumpkin Brioche is sweet, no syrup required! Just add a little butter and enjoy 😍
