Some of the most important elements that go into a successful social media:

1️⃣ Strong Business Goals
Without business goals, you have no social media direction.
Your content strategy and tactics on social media should be directly related to your BIZ goals.

2️⃣ Framework
Content Framework (themes, pillars, buckets, categories.... call them what you’d like.) It’s important to have a framework for which your content strategy is built on. If you have a lack of focus, your audience can sense that - it feels uncertain, confusing and sporadic.

3️⃣ Brand messaging
Don’t overthink this. How does your business express themselves on social media? Be sure you have a clear, unique, and relatable tone of voice.

4️⃣ Highly engaging content
Often times, this is called “sticky content.” Your social media should have content that is sure to get great engagement every time. Popular ideas are tweets, memes, timely topics, puppy photos, etc. As always, make sure your sticky content is relevant to your industry.

There are several more elements to success on social, but this caption is getting long. 😉

In a nutshell, it’s never the algorithms fault. Shadow ban’s aren’t real. If you’re struggling, it’s because your entire strategy needs to be tweaked somewhere. Go back to the framework and start building!

Your growth will not (and should not) look the same as your friend, competitor, or any other business. 👏🏻

Think about where you were three months ago (personally or professionally), and think about where you are now.

You’ve grown, right? (I’m not talking JUST $$$). 🤷🏻‍♀️

We’re challenging you to enter your week with a different perspective on growth:

❌ It isn’t always followers
❌ It isn’t always profit
❌ It isn’t always direct conversions

✅ Maybe it’s people helped
✅ Maybe it’s confidence gained
✅ Maybe it’s productivity improved

I know it’s hard to celebrate your growth when your competitors look like they’re ‘sky-rocketing to a new level,’ or your friends are ‘building empires,’ but your growth (wherever it is) is JUST as important and deserves the same amount of recognition. 🙌🏻

You cannot compare growth. Please remember that.

Reach is the most overlooked metric on this app!
Without reach, you have less growth....which equates to less customers! It’s simple, really.

Not everyone needs to improve their reach (for various reasons and business goals), but if you’re in a place of growth and customer acquisition.... this is for you! 👀

We don’t usually share case studies...

Not because we aren’t proud of the work we do, but because they only tell a fraction of the story. The truth is, so much of our partnerships with clients goes beyond the numbers. It’s about the experience-the connections we build, the stress we take off founders’ shoulders, and the way we turn chaos into calm. It’s about brainstorming ideas, troubleshooting together, celebrating the wins, and navigating the inevitable ups and downs that come with growing a brand.

And here’s something you should know: It’s not always this good. We won’t pretend it is. No matter the industry or strategy, there will always be moments when the numbers don’t look as pretty as this. We never want to mislead potential clients, agency owners, or the social media pros who look up to us.

This is ONE month of incredible results. Did we work hard for it? Absolutely. Is it partly because we’re really freaking good at what we do? You bet.

But let’s be real-it’s also a mix of luck, timing, a killer product, an amazing website, smooth communication, and a market that’s primed for success. We can’t take all the credit, and we never will. But we’re definitely going to own our part in making it happen! 😉

Demure is all about subtlety, grace, and intention. It’s the opposite of jumping on every flashy trend just because it’s the next big thing. In a world where brands are constantly pressured to keep up, the most mindful thing you can do is pause and ask: Does this trend actually align with who we are and what our audience needs?

Think of it this way: Restraint can be powerful. It shows that you’re not here for the hype, but for the long game. If a trend feels right-like it genuinely connects with your brand values and your audience-then go for it!

But if it doesn’t fit? Let it go.

There’s nothing wrong with staying true to your brand’s core. In fact, it’s the most considerate thing you can do for your audience-and for your business.

Without them, you have *zero* social media direction. Your content marketing strategy on socials should be directly related to your BIZ goals.

2️⃣ Robust Content Framework

3️⃣ Brand Messaging
Don’t overthink this. How does your business EXPRESS itself on socials? Be sure you have a clear, unique, and relatable tone of voice (textbook material is a no-no).

We call this “sticky content.” This could be shareable tweets, timely events, etc. But first and foremost: Remain RELEVANT to your industry.
