Let me see that pumpkin roll‼️🔥 🎃 🌶️ Make your normal lasagna filling ricotta, eggs, salt, pepper , shredded parmigiana cheese ➕ nut Meg, pumpkin purée and a touch of sugar 1 tsp 🌶️ make the filling I did 2️⃣ different ones 👇👇1️⃣ was a sage butter mushroom with cremini & finely chopped shiitake mushrooms with fried sage and butter salt pepper2️⃣ other filling was shallots, garlic, and spinach caramelized Cook your pasta in boiling water remove once cooked and place on cutting board scoop pumpkin ricotta mixture and cover pasta and place filling roll up and place in your pan I made some fried sage butter and put in the bottom of the pan After all your roll ups are done make a béchamel sauce I add in nutmeg and the left over pumpkin purée, pour over your roll ups and top with mozzarella and some browned butter sage bake on 350 for 20 mins covered in foil, then broil with foil removed for 5-10 or until browned cook for 5-10 mins then serve! #2023goals #pumpkinpie #pumpkinrecipes #holidayrecipes #cookingforholidays #holidayseason #spicy #spicyred

Apple pie 🥧 Bread Pudding Turn that old soggy pie into a red hot 🌶️ dessert or brunch recipe everyone will be raving about Let’s start off with ingredients. I just used whatever I had in my house. I hate food waste but I also will not suffer and eat nasty old food. So let’s get creative! Red Hot Recipe :🌶️ 1 large slice of apple pie 🥧 (use up everything) 🌶️ 1/2 cup milk🌶️ 1/2 cup heavy cream 🌶️ 4 large eggs 🌶️ 1 tsp cinnamon🌶️ 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 🌶️ 1/8 tsp All Spice🌶 1/4 cup white sugar 🌶️ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌶️ 1 dollop of vanilla bean paste 🌶️ 1 old brioche bun roll ( any bread you have) + 4 old small slices of hearty whole wheat sour dough bread a try to cut up or tear nice and small pieces🌶️ Brown sugar for sprinkling and caramel sauce for after baked drizzle 🌧️Hot Tips and Tricks : 🛑 With a fork stir all liquids together and combine with eggs until you get a cream custard like base, add in spices and vanilla. 🛑 Next add in your whole apple pie slice crust, streusel everything! Mash up with a fork be careful not to over so it or under mash we want small pieces but not mush. 🛑 Next chop up or tear any old bread you have laying around the house. 🛑 Carefully mix bread into apple pie cream mixture🛑Add mixture to fridge for 2 hours or overnight. We want a well coated bread mixture if it’s not fully coated add a little more heavy cream or milk until you coat all the bread pieces but sure there is not a lot of excess liquid in your bowl 📛BAKING INSTRUCTIONS 🛑Heat oven to 375 degrees for gas OR convection 325 degrees Bake for approx 17-25 mins turn off oven remove pain sprinkle in white sugar add back to oven to broil for 7 mins on high to help melt and caramelized the sugar Remove and serve with your favorite caramel sauce. 🌶️ Caramel sauce recipe coming soon ❤️
