"Let's talk about VALUE".

Being a Social Media Manager is not easy as you think it is. It requires a lot of strategic thinking, creativity, extensive research, and more to generate leads/deliverables.

Knowing my worth is important to me because it helps me avoid burnout and allows me to be more creative and organized with my tasks while defining my non-negotiables allows me to achieve the work-life balance that I require.

What are your thoughts on this? 😄

A few months back, I was still unsure whether freelancing was really for me. I have a lot of questions, such as:

Is it worth my time? 🤔
Is it something I'm interested in? 🤨
What's holding me back? ☺️

I decided to enroll in a course, but I didn't have much time to devote to it. I was lost, undecided, and, even regretted buying that course. 🥺🥺

Not until I grabbed a pen and a piece of paper and wrote down all of my BIGGEST WHY. And the rest is history....

NOW I'M HERE, SHOWING UP, TAKING ACTION. I have this enthusiasm in me to achieve all my goals. So my piece of advice is, START with your biggest WHY. Whenever you feel lost, balik balikan mo lang yun. 💓

Enough excuses. JUST START :) The only one stopping you is yourself.
