My message is directed to the college of would be ad hoc delegates and statutory delegates.
Delegates are the first representatives of the people. So, either as ward or chapter delegates,members of this college should as a matter of necessity reach out to their constituents to know the minds of the people before voting for any aspirant.
Lest, handing over party ticket to an unpopular candidate might cause a task too Herculean to accomplish.
Let us go for popular aspirants for the interest of both the people in particular and the party in general.
