Peanut Butter Cup Frappuccino
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup double-strength coffee, chilled
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, chilled
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (regular or dark/Dutched)
- 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
- Sweetener of your choice (like Stevia, allulose), to taste (optional)
- ½ teaspoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, milk, cocoa powder, and powdered peanut butter. Blend until everything is mixed well, scraping the sides if needed.
2. Add ice and sweetener (if you’re using any) to the blender. Blend again until smooth and there are no big ice chunks left.
3. Pour the frappuccino into a glass. Drizzle the warm peanut butter on top.
4. Enjoy your delicious drink right away!
