I met Joel years ago when I was a new father. I met Ellie when I was still trying to figure out what it means to be a father. I saw Joel's loss and was with him every part of the way. The Last of Us is still one of my top 5 games ever, and the sequel surpassed it in every way. I know there is a lot of controversy surrounding TLOU2, but toxic people have always been a sad staple of gaming culture. I'm glad games like this exist to help us easily sort out the kind of people that are best avoided, but more so that it continued a story I've been waiting to finish for seven years. Thank you , , and everyone involved with . You really broke the mold.
