THE ASPIRING GOVERNOR OF KILIFI COUNTY WHO EFFECTIVELY UTILIZES FACEBOOK MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP
In the era of Hi-Tech, you can find many users of technology; some using it wisely while some misusing it.
For Hon SILAS MWANGADE GIBSON
, born and raised in kilifi county kaloleni sub-county, jibana location, it's different.
Since his days at Tsunguni primary, he dreamt of being a leader, but little did he know that social apps like facebook and whatsapp would greatly aid his ambition to reach out to KILIFI county voters both in the country and in the diaspora.
Since launching his political ambition, the hospitality and tourism management graduate has been reaching out to voters through whatsapp and Facebook messenger and physically.
Not many politicians would use such an approach as most of them use bloggers and vloggers.
In KILIFI, he has been busy helping many youths, women, men ,PWD, and community organisations to achieve their goals , most notably FIMBO YOUTH INTIATIVE organisation which is a non governmental organisation dealing with civil education and rights
Political involvement and others.
