‼️CHARITY FUNDRAISER STREAM FOR BLOOD CANCER UK - PLEASE SHARE THIS‼️
Hey everyone, on SATURDAY 2nd JANUARY from 6pm till late I will be running a charity fundraising stream to raise money for Blood Cancer UK. Please make sure you join me on the stream even if it’s only to LIKE and SHARE!!
I am running this stream in support of Bradley Stallard who is a close friend of a few of my best mates. His story is below these details!
In the stream there will be a donation button in order to donate straight to Blood Cancer UK or alternatively I will provide a JustGiving link which Kirby has set up💙
💎ALSO, DURING THE STREAM ANY FOLLOWERS I GAIN I WILL ALSO DONATE £1 PER FOLLOWER TO BLOOD CANCER UK💎
Bradley’s story written by his sister Kirby:
2020 has been a difficult year for many people however, it was heartbreaking to find out in September that my brother Bradley was re-diagnosed with Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkins Lymphoma, only 7 years after he had first conquered this.
NLPHL is a rare, slow growing form of Lymphoma where roughly only 200 people are diagnosed in the UK each year. Although treatment is almost always successful, NLPHL is commonly known to relapse which unfortunately has happened in my brother’s case and could potentially happen again in the future.
Back in 2013, Bradley was first diagnosed and John Radcliffe Hospital placed him on a clinical trial which resulted in a 10 year remission period. This is what led me and my family to raise close to £3000 for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research which have now joined together with Blood Cancer UK. This charity is dedicated to beating blood cancer by finding research, transforming treatments and supporting those affected. Right now, their community is funding 360 researchers and staff across the UK who are searching for the next breakthrough.
Bradley will start radiotherapy on the 28th December lasting for 3 weeks. My brother has fought through a lot and has become the strongest person I know. His optimism motivates me to be able to do something good for him and others that have fought continuous battles.
Any donations that you are able to give will further the ongoing research and help more clinical trial studies to be carried out in order to find the right treatments. Thank you all so much for the support.
