Do you use affirmations in your daily rituals or routines?
I have a handful that I use all the time. When I do deep breathing exercises throughout each day, I hold my breath for 5 counts and say an affirmation in my mind.
Today it's all about being comfortable in my own skin and loving my body. Here are a few affirmations I am creating and I am curious which one you like the most?
