I recently sat down with Rohini Kapoor, the Host of Step By Step Talks, by Rohini Kapoor and talked about the amazing journey and evolution of Black Expats in Panama®️

We had an AMAZING year in 2024 and we broke ALOT of records and CRUSHED our goals for the business! We reached close to a $1,000,000 in sales for 2024 and are on track to exceed that in 2025.

People are always so impressed by how hard I work, and how much I have scaled a business that was created to address the emerging need of peace, safety and prosperity of my brothas and sistas. When George Floyd, Karen in the Park, Covid and US politics collided in May 2020, we KNEW we needed options! BEIP addressed those pain points with the creation the original BEIP Cultural Relocation Tour.

However, it is always important to point out that I am NOT an island nor a one-woman show! The BEIP Team is dedicated to excellence and providing the best service for our clients as possible. We continue to grow, improve and enhance our offerings.

BEIP has expanded into other countries and more Cultural Relocation Tours are being developed. In addition to that, we offer cultural travel to different places in the world. We love connecting our people to the diaspora. Once you travel with us, you will never go back to “standard” stuff. You will always seek cultural experiences, connections and knowledge along with your regular vacation fun things.

We are SO proud of the work that we are doing, and so grateful to each and every person who supports our Black Owned Business and have made it possible for us to conquer MAJOR milestonesl! Thank you!
