Folks, you must understand that the whole process and the tactics used by CPS and the family court system who are weaponized and armed with the police dept the very evil ploy they are using to take your children is illegal from the beginning. The family court is a for-profit administrative corporation. These head administrators are not even judges and they don't have jurisdiction to do what they are doing. From the warrant/court order served if even produced Is not even legal unless it is signed by an Article 1 or Article 3 judge under oath stamped and sealed. Understand, family court administrators are not even judges. So, when CPS comes into your home and steals your children against your will with your objection, they are breaking the law from the very start. They do not have jurisdiction over you unless you give it to them. In fact, for them to terminate your parental rights you would have to be tried and convicted of a felony, and then and only then the state must look for a family member to place the child with. You must understand If you stand pro-se or pro-per, you are putting yourself under the administration’s jurisdiction. This says that you are your professional self or professional persona and you are representing yourself. How can you represent yourself? You are yourself! If you have legal counsel, whether it be court-appointed or paid, you are labeled incompetent. This is also putting yourself under their jurisdiction. The key is to challenge their standing and jurisdiction and never give them jurisdiction over you. You want to stand SUI JURIS, a Man or Woman of God, under Superior law and the supreme laws of this land. Remember these laws are already set in stone. Congress has not passed a law since 1861. All that has been passed is statutes and none of these are common laws or trump the true law penned by our forefathers. Rules, codes, ordinances, and statutes are bylaws and they are de-facto. They are not de-jure or x-facto law. In the process of these evil Family Court Administrations illegally taking your children they are committing many felonies and treason on the American families and children. Learn this and challenge their standing and their jurisdiction. Get your children back! Many people are waking up and learning these rights, many positive things are happening, and the wicked are being exposed and held accountable. If you really do your research there are a lot of contradictions in the Family Court Administration. The judicial ethics bench on codes and conduct is clear on the very laws that they are breaking, not to mention the Social Security Administration Act and ASFA. They are conspiring against you to commit fraud and illegally kidnapping and keeping children in the first place. Research people learn your rights and know the laws. See the incentives for the illegal kidnapping. Add it in your affidavits call them out and expose them.
