MASTA & CO. 是一個獨立的香港音樂廠牌，由MastaMic於2010年成立，成立的主要目的是在香港推廣urban music（Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Soul, Funk, Turntablism, Electro, Experimental等等 ）和為更多香港本地的urban music音樂單位帶來專業的全方位協助，包括宣傳企劃，各式媒體宣傳，音樂會制作，實體唱片發行及數碼銷售，讓更多人認識和喜歡上香港本地的urban music音樂單位，使這類型音樂在香港不再是地下文化，而是真正在香港紮根成長。
