*Advise to all Men*

1. You cannot settle all financial expenses in one day. Those who did are stressfully sick and some are buried already.

2. Please create time to rest, it is not a sin to sit down , put up your legs on the table and pick popcorn whilst reading a book or just relaxing

3. Please sleep if need be; that headache will go. Those who refuse to take vacation, or leave, or time out or rest time, their families are missing them because they have gone untimely to their maker.

4. Stop taking sedatives to sleep, you are destroying your brain and organs. At a point you will begin to forget things. Relax the brain , worry less, think less, laugh more , smile more. Everything will pass with time.

5. Sometimes go and sit outside quietly on your own, do nothing say nothing , just admire God's handiwork, breathe in fresh air calmly. Hurry not.

6. Stand by your mirror smile to yourself, laugh , dance, sing, that turns on a positive aura around you so you can glow.

7. Go buy yourself a snack or two with drink if you choose to do so. Just do something for yourself, so you offload the things in your head.

8. If you are not feeling well say it , do something about it, go to health centre, hospital or call a nearby nurse, do not sit around, your life matters .

9. Check your blood pressure and sugar level occasionally, whether you are sick or not. It has saved a lot of men in the past. Trust me on this.

Remember to share with all the men you love and let them enjoy life in good health and abundance.

Gentlemen this is a reminder to all of you.

You are important and must take care of yourself *

Sources close to the matter told that one Shadreck Mumema, aged 36 could not bare the shame of facing the world with a full tank in his trousers.

In a bid to empty his tanks, Mumema managed to negotiate his way inside the chitenge and petticoat of one village woman identified as Ruth Chinoya just behind his house around 10:00 hours yesterday.

But as Mumema was busy trying to pound his way to glory land, his wife appeared behind their house and caught him red-handed sweating naked behind the bent over Ruth.

By all accounts, the sudden uninvited appearance of his wife at his scene of pleasure interrupted his ultimate goal to empty his tanks leaving him frustrated and his pipe of pleasure shrunk like a little carrot.

In frustration, Mumema attempted to kill himself with pesticide and some rope in the house, but this failed to kill him.

Determined to be an ancestor, Mumema ran into the bush where he managed to get some tree fibre which he weaved into a rope and hang himself.

And even in death, he achieved his goal as he was found tongue out and sermen shooting from his private members as confirmed by Northwestern Province Police Commanding Officer Dennis Moola.

The Northwestern police boss told that Mumema's su***de was reported to Kabompo Central Police by his brother-in-law, Zebron Kambembe.

Moola explained that when his officers visited the su***de scene, they found Mumema's body hanging by the neck to a branch of a tree tied with tree fibre and his feet touching the ground.

"Upon physical inspection, he was found with semen on his ge****ls and the tongue was protruding from his mouth. No physical injuries were observed and no foul play suggested," Moola stated.

SAD!
Young couple commit su***de after failing to have children for years.

A six-year childless marriage has ended in death for a young couple of Chama District in Eastern Province.

Patson Chabinga aged 28 and his 20-year old wife, Busy Kachali both of Dungulungu village died on Tuesday night after consuming a cotton pesticide.

According to Muchinga Province Police Commanding officer, Paul Achiume, the deceased couple got married in 2017 but their marriage was punctuated by constant marital disputes.

The source of the problems was the husband's complaints that his wife had been unable to bear him a child.

Unfortunately, the marital problems reached breaking point on Tuesday night when the young wife took a cotton pesticide to end her life around 23:00 hours.

She was rushed Chama District Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Upon hearing that his wife had no more, Chabinga also consumed the same pesticide his wife had taken and also died.

The Police Commanding officer said the couple's bodies had since been deposited into Chama District Hospital awaiting postmortem examination.

Mother arrested for locking up her child in a room for 2 years!

IN what is believed to be a ritual case, a mother from New Kasama in Lusaka has been arrested for locking her 16-year-old in a room for two years.

For most mothers out there, no matter what, no matter when, no matter where, they always want to see the best of their children but for Ruth Kabwita, aged 40, it has been the opposite case for her biological child.

As the Buddha says, there are three things that cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon and the truth. It was on Thursday afternoon between 12:00 and 16:00 when Ruth's 16-year-old child was saved by neighbours after her 11-year-old sister ran outside and yelled for help.

According to deputy spokesperson for Zambia Police Danny Mwale, the suspect was later arrested and charged with assault resulting in actual bodily harm.

“It is alleged that the child was kept in confinement for almost two years by her biological mother in a house where she was being abused. She endured beatings and slaps.” Mr. Mwale said.

After the suspect was apprehended and taken to Chilenje Police Station, the child was then taken to a location where she would be safe.

The suspect is thought to have lied to her neighbours, telling them that her 16-year-old daughter had been taken to live with her father in Chiengi while she was still a resident of the home for two years, but her 11-year-old child spilled the beans.

Upon being rescued by the neighbours and passersby who ganged up and went into the house, they were surprised by what they saw after lifting the 16-year-old child, who they discovered was very weak and could not barely open her mouth to speak.

The victim appeared weak and had sores all over her body in a video that was recorded by neighbours. She also had bruises all over her body. On the other hand, she had charms around her waist and other charms were found in the room.
