If I am able to acheive all I have set to do with at the end of this year , I would have unlocked a new version of myself, I have already planned my steps for the whole year and I am currently at the ex*****on phase of everything and it is actually a lot on me and my team, but that is why we believe in the concept of doing more. There is a lot we have set out to do this year that is beyond us as a business but more about the general prosperity of our industry, we have carried the transformation of our industry on our head and we have made it a personal duty to change the narrative of our industry, in a few days I will release Chapter Zero of and become Africas First Cleaning Superhero , my book will be read by the next generation and they will be inspired to do more.
I have been empowering the new generation of cleaning practitioners through and we intend to intensify it, we have started building a community of cleaning practitioners through and this community will go further to advance the growth of our industry , lastly we are fighting a Great War against the dirt that seeks to rid us of a healthy environment through .

To think this was a small laundry business that started from the backyard of my parents house and today we are doing so much more for ourselves and our entire industry. We are already very uncomfortable but God will see us through.

THE GOD SENT ANGEL I MET IN KANO
When I had shoved aside my fear of what Kano holds for and I was ready to do it afraid, while I was booking my flight my Mom and wife kept emphasizing on how I needed a guide and kept asking if I had someone I was going to go with that will show me around the various locations I could get an office and I kept telling them that I believe that whatever I need will definately find me when I get there, fast forward to the day of my flight I had already sent my personal driver to Kano ahead of me so he could start scouting the terrain, when I got to the airport he picked up my back and we entered an Airport cab, little did we know that the driver of this Cab was an angel sent by God to me to make my journey seamless.

We exchanged pleasantaries and started hosting in the cab and naturally I had alot of questions about the various things I was seeing on my way to the hotel , when our conversation got deeper he understood why we were in Kano and Alh. Tijani Isa said immediately he drops us off , he will call people and we would start looking for an office space, when we got my hotel my booking was not on the system so I was stranded, Alh Tijani took me to another hotel were everyone knew him (he also works in the hotel as a cabbie) and got me a discount 😄, we immediately started looking for an office and Alhaji Tijani kept calling all the contacts he knew, he drove us from Nassarawa to Badawa to Sarkin Gari in pursuit of the perfect space for YLCS KANO, he was even the one rejecting spaces and saying it was not in a good location, he mobilized about 4 people that did not charge us to go and look for spaces ahead for us so that our hunt for the next day will have many options.

Alhaji Tijani is also into the sale of houses in Kano that is what he is known for because while we met his colleagues and contacts all they spoke about were houses they needed to sell and houses they had sold (especially when we drove past them) , but regardless of the bigger transactions he is used to, he did not look at what we were doing as little and when we finally found the YLCS KANO office which was twice…….

Years from now they will tell tales my daughter ANAYAH how brave her father is , they will tell her that he gave his all in trying to give her the best of life , they will tell her how I evolved from an ordinary man into a legend and she will look me in the eye and say “ Daddy I am proud of you and I want to be like you someday”.

I want to you be very much aware especially those of us with offsprings , that the bulk of what we do today should be to set a standard for the next generation we have brought to this realm, to show them that through believing and doing more daily one can grow , one can earn and in doing this we light up their lives with the hopes that they can do whatever they set their mind to. Every since I became aware I was going to be a father , I became more conscious of my steps and how I can pass on something to my offspring that would leave an indelible mark in her heart even king after I am gone . She has become a major part of my WHY!

4 years ago when I was finishing law school if anyone told me I would be a Cleaning Practitioner that would have 50 plus people on his payroll and still go further to teach the new generation of cleaning practitioners i would have said the person was a liar.
This time last year I was still working and trying to see what I could salvage to start the new year (I could not take a break and I had to plead with some of my employees to work with me during the holiday for a stipend) ,but this year I could afford to do an end of the year party and give bonuses to my entire team, we often wait for people to celebrate us and give us accolades for efforts we have put in , some of us feel like celebrating our growth even if it is one step forward is like licking our asses, but that will never be me , I clap for myself everyday in the mirror because I deserve it , I will celebrate myself because I am a hard worker who has built something in a place people thought no foundation could be laid.
Look back at you year and celebrate your victories , before people congratulate you, congratulate yourself, being alive at this point even deserves some form of gratitude. has grown into an apex cleaning firm and I am going to put my all into this new level to see that we break more boundaries.

Inspiring the new generation is not a job I take likely, today was day 1 of the , I took the theoritical aspect of space cleaning which mainly cuts across the structure of a cleaning company. To think my first class had only one student and towards the end of the year I have rained hundreds of cleaners through my online and physical classes, I really look forward to seeing all they would do in this great industry of ours.

Sometimes it is only you that can hear the music and as you slowly dance to its rhythm everyone thinks you are losing it, until you build through your dancing and grow then everyone begins to hear the rhythm of the music you have been dancing to.

So many people out here have held themselves back from implementing great ideas because they are scared it would not trend or bang , forgetting that the forces that bestow us with ideas are not bothered about it trending, what they are most concerned about is the ripple effect on us and those around us and trending is not a part of it 80% of the time. So go forth and implement your ideas without giving a f**k wheather the people around you can hear the rhythm of your music for the journey is not the actions we take today but the ripple effect of the multiple steps we have taken over time.

Just because you follow business owners and you admire them alot, doesn't mean that you know them personally. Our failure to understand that there are protocols in business, will make some us never have ACCESS to some people or lose the ACCESS we have gotten to some people.
If you want to get Access to a certain Mr A because you feel he owns B and his advice on your C will really help you, you are expected to follow the due process of reaching out to his office,mailing or send a dm, you are not supposed to hustle his number and bombard him with messages or calls , if Mr A is someone that believes in processes and structures you might have just lost ACCESS to a potential mentor for life. Its a different case if you already knew Mr A so following up with him is easier because you already have his number and even in following up with him when you already know him you would have to follow due process , you cannot be messaging him in the night or calling him around 11pm to ask for something. When Mr A also gives you access no matter how simple he may be never take him for granted or begin to forget who he is because that Access can always be revoked.
For you to succeed in business you need Access to some certain people , because we need people to grow, but because some of us do not understand protocol we will never get Access to some people and we would never be able to maintain the access we have to some people. Sometimes when you want to reach out to people put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself what is the best way to follow up with me If I was this person. Shebi because you know Tony Elumelu and you want to lodge in Hilton you will call him to ask him if the Presidential Suite is available?
Learn protocol else unless losing accessing or never gaining it to some people you will put yourself in so many embarrassing situations that will make you think the person you reached out to is arrogant, uptight or proud but unknown to you it is your lack of protocol that put you in that situation. Lastly Access is great for growth but remember that whoever is giving it has the power to give it , limit it or revoke it.

Wheather we like it or not, we have to agree that S*X has been monetized from ancient times and the industry has been booming for centuries, the simple question we should ask ourselves as business people is WHY DOES S*X SELL? and it is simply because it gives its customers a PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. I am talking about this because I thought to myself the other day that if we can all be intentional towards making sure our customers have a pleasurable experience when they patronize us we would keep them coming the same way the S*X & ENTERTAINMENT industry keep them coming.

Almost 4 years ago I started from the backyard of my parents house with a second hand iron and a table I got from pantika , today we an elite cleaning force of almost 40 , a six figure payroll, branches in Abuja & kaduna and about 300 cleaning jobs monthly, today we are a giant in the cleaning industry, a force that fellow cleaning practitioners reckon with.
