This was inspired by Ali McGraw and Oprah's Interview in discussing her relationship with the deceased actor Steve McQueen and McGraw's desire to sit down with McQueen and "Clean it all." - I believe this is something we needed to do and something I wanted to do.

Good morning, afternoon and evening all,

You might be wondering...Nico, where is the podcast?! It's been ages!!!

You are right, it has been a while and I would like to announce the Season 2 Bonus Series over the summer of 2022 and Series 3 in September/Autumn of 2022.

The reason why the bonus series is not earlier is due to my preparation for a charity event I am participating in so all my extra energy is going into training for a 100km/60 mile walk. Therefore, the podcast will take a back seat for a bit, I am prepping what I can but it will take a while.

I'll keep you all posted!

Attention and love are NOT the same thing.

This episode was rather hard to make. As it was being both vulnerable about affairs of the heart and maintaining a level of privacy for myself. During university I finally found myself attractive by other people. It was not until I learned through mistakes and the realities of life, that attention and love are not the same and that confidence needs to come from within. So, this episode has no effects and is rather raw, as it was one of the hardest lessons for me to learn, not just then. But even now.
