It is believed that the US government was kidnapping homeless boys and men in the 70's and 80's and doing psychic experiments on them in Montauk, NY. It is said they would hook them up to chair and use the giant radar dish to amplify their mind power to open portals. It is also believed that things came back with them like the Montauk Monster.
