Attended Kansas City Developer Conference - KCDC 2022. It was a great conference with great sessions by industry experts.

I attended AI and Machine Learning sessions they were really good. There were some interesting metaverse app development sessions which motivated me to do some side projects on metaverse.

It was great to be a part of conference, excited for KCDC 2023.

Working on Drupal e-commerce website. I have tried 2 modules: Ubercart and Commerce.

Ubercart is usable straight out of the box for intangible goods and files of all types that can be downloaded and paid for or supplied free, and for tangible goods that can be carriage free or carriage paid to almost every country in the word. It is therefore suitable for large or small stores and sufficient for 99% of users.

•

Commerce is configurable, and therefore a larger learning curve, but provides practically the same functions as Ubercart. It's the system for the 1% who need to configure a site to do something that Ubercart can't do.

Google Using a New 97% Accurate AI Model to Translate Gender-Neutral Words

the AI system translates the whole sentence in the first step, regardless of the presence of any gender-neutral words. In the second step, the researchers implemented a new “rewriter” in the AI that provides an alternative translation if the sentence is gendered.

The new model is 97% accurate in translating gender-specific words.
