As a single father, I know how sometimes you just need a little help. So when I saw my 82-year-old neighbor struggling to mow her lawn, I immediately ran over to help.
When I finished, she said, "Felix, you've always been so good to me, lending me your strength and time without asking for anything in return," and handed me a chest that looked incredibly old. I was going to refuse, but her genuine effort made me accept.

As I placed my carry-on in the overhead compartment, I could feel their cold, scrutinizing gaze. Before I even sat down, they snapped their fingers at a flight attendant, demanding I be moved. "I need more space," they said arrogantly. "Can you find her another seat?"

I DROPPED MY NAUGHTY KIDS AT MY PARENTS’ HOME AND WAS SHOCKED PICKING THEM UP AS GOOD AS GOLD.
Yesterday, my husband and I were invited to our friend's birthday party with no kids allowed. Honestly, I was happy about it.
I love my kids, I really do, but for 5 YEARS I had no help since my in-laws passed away and my parents lived in another state. But now that they've moved to our town, I finally have some free time. My kids are SO active and wild that I could barely find time for the toilet when they were little.
So, we dropped the kids off and returned after 6 hours. When I saw them, I couldn't believe it... calm and smiley. I had NEVER seen them like this. WHAT did my parents do?

So, there I was, waiting at the airport to surprise my husband and join him on his business trip to France. I had it all planned out, ready for a romantic getaway. But then I spotted him... and let's just say, surprise plans were canceled.
He was holding hands with another woman. "Brian!" I shouted. He turned around, eyes wide, and immediately dropped her hand. "Ava, what are you doing here?" he stammered.
"I wanted to surprise you, and spend time together in Paris," I managed to say. But instead of joy, I got a cold response. "This isn't a good time, Ava. It's a business trip," he snapped, snatching my ticket and ripping it apart. "And before you go making assumptions, she's just a colleague. Go. Home."
I stood there, crushed. "I thought we were trying to fix things," I whispered, tears starting to form.
"This was a mistake. Leave," Brian said, turning away as he grabbed the woman's hand and walked off. And there I was, sinking to the floor, sobbing against my suitcase. That's when he found me.
"Are you okay?" a voice asked gently. I looked up to see the kindest eyes I'd ever seen... and a pilot's uniform. The guy was handsome.

OUR LANDLADY KICKED US OUT BECAUSE HER SISTER WANTED THE APARTMENT WE RENOVATED — KARMA TAUGHT HER A LESSON.
My husband and I have been renting this cute little apartment for a couple of years. When we first moved in, the place was a total wreck—like, seriously, it was a dump. Beige walls, a kitchen straight out of a nightmare, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been touched since the '70s. But we had a deal with our landlady, Mrs. Johnson: we’d fix it up, and she’d keep the rent low. Seemed like a win-win, right?
So, we put in WORK. I’m talking new paint, new cabinets, and a complete bathroom overhaul. It wasn’t just some rental; it was our home.
Then, a couple of months ago, Mrs. Johnson calls out of nowhere, all frantic, saying her sister, Lisa, needs a place to stay urgently and that she’d be moving into our apartment. The baby boy started crying, but Audrey picked it up and immediately started to fit it back on. Then she noticed something. There was a label on the underside of the handlebar and it read: 'Property of Colin Davids -- Wisteria Road, #23, East Glenwood.'
"Colin...Colin Davids? Is it my brother?" Audrey said with her voice trembling. "Mom said he was dead...Maybe I could finally find out something about him?"
Arriving atthe address, she took all her strength to ring the doorbell. At first, she heard loud footsteps. When the door opened, she turned pale from shock.

I WAS SURE MY WIFE WOULD FILE FOR DIVORCE AFTER I CAME BACK FROM MY BROTHER'S BACHELOR PARTY — INSTEAD, I FOUND A ROSE ON THE BEDSIDE TABLE.
My wife, Allison, and I have been together for 25 years. Lately, she started saying that I don't spend much time with her and don't love her anymore.
It's been hard for me as I've been working a lot at my new job, and then I come home and hear this.
Yesterday, I was at my brother's bachelor party and was sure that Allison would argue with me afterward or maybe file for divorce.
But to my SHOCK, I woke up and found a rose, a glass of water, two Advils, and a note from her on my bedside table:
"Hi honey, the pills are for your headache. When you're ready, come down to the kitchen and I'll fix your favorite breakfast. Love you!"

MY NEIGHBORS SNEAKED INTO MY POOL FOR THEIR 4TH OF JULY PARTY — THEY WEREN'T READY FOR MY RESPONSE
My entitled neighbors decided it was perfectly fine to use my pool while I was away. They just strolled into my backyard with swimsuits and food, ready to have the time of their lives on my property. Mind you, these are the same neighbors who called the cops on me several times during the pool construction for "disturbing the peace."
When I saw the footage from my security cameras, I felt my eye twitch. As soon as I got back home, I marched over to their door to confront them.
“UGH, STOP BEING A DRAMA QUEEN. YOU BARELY USE THE POOL ANYWAYS,” my neighbor scoffed. That’s when I decided to put the cameras to good use.
