Last year we filmed at The Veterans Hub Isle of Wight CIC on the Isle of Wight for BBC's One Show and met Roy Hayward, a D-Day Veteran and wonderful man. It's so sad to hear that he has died at the age of 99. He told us amazing stories of his bravery and described with brutal honesty the horror of his war.
RIP Roy.

Work is underway on a new Community-Led Housing project in Ryde - one of the first of its kind on the Island. The innovative development will offer a mix of studio and one-bedroom flats, available at
