The biggest shock in this weeks weigh in? THERE IS NO WEIGH IN! But there is a very good reason why, and no, it's not because I've fallen off the diet wagon. I actually started the week off really strong! Flu is a bastard. Flu is ruining my whole life (well, my social life for this week). This Week Hubby went on a lads night out last Saturday....

Instead here's a tantrum all about how that's not fair!

Lately I have broken that cardinal rule of Weight Watchers: Track Your Food. Oh that was so foolish! And I have clearly paid the price lately. Turns out that even the "good choices" I have made in recent months haven't been that good after all. The mistake This autumn has been cold. Winter gripped us early this year. And there's nothing I like more for my lunch in the cold weather then a piping hot bowl of soup and a fat fluffy bread roll....

I was today years old when I realised why Weight Watchers UK constantly tells you to track your food. So many mistakes made!

It is very much time to start a new diet journey. I have let things slip. To the point where I have let things slip soooo much that things have actually escaped me completely. I have pretty much lived the "F**k it, it's nearly Christmas" excuse since all the tasty Christmas Treats started showing up in the shops. And prior to that I had other excuses....

Weigh in day seems to rush round each week! The kiddos are going back to the Scout Hut and have started swimming lessons again so our evenings and weekends are filling back up. Life feels like it's getting back to normal and settling down at last, and it's feeling good. I'm keeping a much better eye on my diet now - although I am enjoying my food on the weekends....

New Start So the new job didn't actually start until Tuesday. There was a delay with the custom PC they were building for me so I was given Monday off - with pay - while they got it sorted....

Weigh in this week isn't looking good. And OK, it's a day late but that won't make much difference. So this week has seen two takeaways, a ton of valentines chocolate, and a whole lot of baking with the kids. But I don't get a whole lot of time off with the kids - even with lockdown home schooling - quality time is in short supply because I am still going out to the office 5 days a week - and that's including half the weekend....
